Candee joined The Collaborative Companies in 1998 as Office Manager. She has been with TCC from the beginning and has helped the company expand to the size it is today.

Her responsibilities with Velocity Marketing Services include Human Resources, support to the Chief Executive Officer, support to the President and Site Sales Staff, as well as daily office management.

Prior to working at TCC, she spent four years with Carlson Real Estate/Better Homes and Gardens in Marketing and Recruiting where she created ads, brochures, flyers, and more. She also worked closely with Dick Carlson recruiting new sales personnel.
