Michael Caraviello

Michael Caraviello joined The Collaborative Companies and Velocity Marketing Services in August of 2007 to serve as Vice President, Business Development. His focus is on developing new business initiatives related to accelerated real estate marketing programs, as well as, expanding the companies' core business activities regarding conventional residential sales and consulting assignments.

Mr. Caraviello's most recent experience consists of managing the development of large scale condominium developments in the Greater Boston area. He successfully directed the evolution of two separate organizations from small home builder status to vertically integrated production builders with the ability to self-perform all sales, marketing, financial, management and construction activities. During his career, he has overseen the development of approximately 1,000 condominium units with a sales value of $400 million, including such projects as Chapman's Reach at Marina Bay (Quincy, MA), Devon Wood (Braintree, MA) and The Woodlands (Clinton, MA).

Prior to his experience in the residential development business, Mr. Caraviello worked at a prominent commercial real estate firm in Boston in acquisitions, project management and sales and marketing for diverse product segments including apartments, hotels and office buildings.

Mr. Caraviello is a graduate of Dartmouth College (MA) and The University of Southern California (MBA & Masters Real Estate Development).
